When this barn was built it was just a shell! It still needed electric and water run out to it, so we got to work! 💪🏻

We ran electric, ethernet, and waterlines out to the new building, and hooked up everything. Multiple dusk to dawn lights around the doors, LED lights run through the aisle and one over each individual horse stall to provide plenty of light.

There is a WiFi hotspot for anyone visiting the barn and for the security camera system we installed and configured, which monitors both inside the barn and the surrounding area outside of it. Plus automatic, heated waterers in each horse stall.

There are definitely some happy horses and happy owners at this facility!🤩

Congratulations to our New Years Kitchen Sink winner Marie! We helped her get her new kitchen sink picked out shortly after New Years and was able to get it all installed and working last week. 🥳

Out with the old scratched up stainless steel double basin, in with the beautiful new composite double basin and new faucet! The new sink boasts deeper basins and a scratch resistant surface, and the new faucet adds some additional working space and a flexible sprayer for easier use. 🤩

Wainscoting can give a room a completely different feel. The addition of an accent color and the depth of texture from the boards gives this space a completely new look.

The team got this sizable living room done with a craftsman style wainscoting in a day’s work. The wainscoting was installed and painted in a “Cracked Pepper” gray to give a nice contrast to the light wall color. 😍

Sometimes when the temperature is as low as it is, we all need a break from the cold!

We took about 1/3 of this pole building that had been used for storage of hay, bedding, tack, and feed, and enclosed it to make an insulated feed and tack room!

All new electrical, plumbing, bright lighting (the last light is offset to better light inside of the tack lockers), washer and drier hooked up, on demand hot water heater, sink, and a giant window facing the barnyard.

A propane heater keeps the tack room toasty in the winter and an air conditioner keeps it cool in the summer.

At some point there is always potential to finish the inside with drywall or paneling, but this feed and tack room is functional and cozy, and just what the client wanted!
